Sumptuous menus are created by our Executive Chef.
Start your day with a variety of breakfast bakeries, fresh fruit display, yogurt, assorted juices and continuous coffee service. Our Continental Breakfast includes an array of freshly baked breads, croissants, muffins and danish. Coffee, chilled juices and sodas are provided.
Our Buffet Luncheon offers attendees a chance to relax, while enjoying a delicious lunch in a friendly atmosphere. Daily selections include appetizing soup and specialty breaks, a hot entrée, vegetables, salad, a deli sandwich display and a sumptuous dessert selection. There is always something to please any palate. Vegetarian options are always available.
Experience such seasonal entrees as a refreshing summer salad; new Mediterranean pepper salad with fresh field greens w/red, green and yellow peppers, julienne tomatoes, black olives, capers and feta cheese, tossed in lemon thyme vinaigrette, topped w/ croutons and toasted pine nuts. Our savory beef entrees feature the Blue cheese and herb encrusted tenderloin medallions.
If you're in the mood for seafood, savor the grilled snapper w/ ratatouille chutney or pan seared sea scallops w/ saffron rice drizzled w/ white wine tomato reduction. Or, choose from our specialty items such as Mississippi quail or our braised rabbit w/ apricot glaze.

Andrew Johnson held every elective office at the local, state, and federal level, including Vice President and President of the United States following assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Andrew Johnson was the first President to be impeached. He was born and raised in nearby Greenville, TN where his home still stands and tours are given daily.
